Owner survives noncharacter destination; duplicate event/name IDs overwrite. Narrator suppression applies to sincerity.
Cost
Expected constant hash operations per simple command plus global scans; at most two justice outputs per transfer.
Composition
Prefix state flows into later set logic. Scope includes initialization but excludes set processing.
