math-library-ingestion

The groupant beside models/math-library-ingestion.groupant in the Mova repository: what the code computes, what it never does, how to go back from its outputs, its invariants, cost and checks.

Facts

Implementation material. A Mova code model describes this code at one source revision: partial models, finite checks and their stated scope. It is not a reviewed general exposition, and its labels are shown as written, never raised.

Obernants

The typed relations around the forward model: the behaviour complement (what the code never does), the reverse reconstruction (every input compatible with an output) and specialised views.

math-library-ingestion: wave33

Real joins: raw::License::code and books::BookLicense::code match fetch's finite allowed strings; raw inputs match OAI gzip page naming; HTTP encode transports literal token bytes; robots uses Polite and fetch invokes Gate before downloading. Counterexample: GCS JSON numeric size becomes zero; it is not raw KB format. Book build's DNS means offline TSV construction is not a pure parser. SQL filling is sequential substitution, not DB semantics.

This source-bound partial group organizes existing Mova code. Native evidence and excluded effects are recorded in source sidecars and the root wave33 report. Registration is not a universal proof or whole-system runtime claim.

model

math-library-ingestion

forward

main dispatches tagged routes. OAI -> compressed pages -> raw catalog is a file-format join, not one runtime call; raw license code -> fetch allowed is an exact string-policy bridge. books catalogs produce distinct textbook codes accepted by fetch. HTTP encode joins OAI/GCS query construction; fetch joins robots Gate and HTTP bounded download, then manifest serialization. Duck SQL transport remains an independent command route.

invariant

Only explicitly selected routes execute; no automatic OAI-to-fetch pipeline exists. License labels preserve distinct raw/book domains until code transport. State files, raw pages and download manifests commit at different times; no composition-wide atomicity. Existing files precede STOP/cap checks in fetch. Catalog build can invoke DNS.

cost

Sum only costs of reached route/helpers, preserving shared cached pages/host rules. Parsing linear in bytes plus id/page sorts; archive work follows decompressed size, not compressed bound. Network/process/disk/sleep costs remain unmeasured. No speedup or approximate percentage accuracy claim.

composition

Real joins: raw::License::code and books::BookLicense::code match fetch's finite allowed strings; raw inputs match OAI gzip page naming; HTTP encode transports literal token bytes; robots uses Polite and fetch invokes Gate before downloading. Counterexample: GCS JSON numeric size becomes zero; it is not raw KB format. Book build's DNS means offline TSV construction is not a pure parser. SQL filling is sequential substitution, not DB semantics.

domain

Bounded synthetic UTF-8 strings, small owned temporary files/archives and valid finite nonnegative delays; nonoverflowing counters and valid Done indices. Actual tests execute no network or DNS, live catalogs, model/teacher or database.

limitations

Source-derived effect relations assume stated external success and resource availability. No downloaded corpus and no real DB executable are used. Existing robots_rules is excluded because its negative hostname resolves DNS.

checks

catalog

behavior-complement

Inner exclusions: invalid fetch list/license prevents download setup; terminal OAI token prevents request; unknown raw license host cannot map Open. Across tagged paths these exclusions apply only to the selected route and preconditions, not every caller.

reverse-reconstruction

Final manifest admits many source catalogs, request histories and discarded archive payloads. Recover compatible Item/Done and raw/book code antecedents, retaining lossy normalization and merge fibers; no unique end-to-end inverse.

license-transport

raw CcBy4 -> cc-by-4.0 and book CcBySa -> cc-by-sa are accepted finite fetch codes; raw None -> none and book Other -> other reject. This is policy transport, not license authenticity validation.

token-transport

OAI textual token extraction unescapes XML then HTTP encode percent-escapes bytes. Literal token percent must be escaped again; passing already serialized query syntax as a token is not equivalent to adding query parameters.

checkpoint-join

OAI gzip sync precedes state append; fetch successful file rename precedes manifest rewrite; Duck execution has separate process/DB effects. Failure between stages can leave prefix artifacts, so individual success does not imply transaction.

route-partition

CLI command and arity select one of OAI/raw/books/fetch/GCS/SQL paths. Their costs and errors form a tagged union; GCS listing is not a prerequisite for raw parsing or books. Main helper checks cover partition, not route I/O.
