Ordering: Cap→mkdir→teacher→spent→append→is_error. Append failure leaves spent advanced.
Cost: Init O(log+calls) memory; append one serialization; external latency/output delegated. Floating sums order-sensitive, mutex poison panics.

No live teacher/API, trained model, corpus/held-out, GPU, DB or expensive benchmark run. Parent syntax generated twice identically. Scope remains partial.
