No command excludes directory creation, unknown nonempty command does not. Pure flags/local calc establish no corpus/DB/teacher behavior.
Ordering: Create dir before dispatch; run reads records/levels before validating A/B. memory writes JSONL before DuckDB and does not enforce subprocess success.
Cost: Flags O(args); training multiplies datasets, epochs, folds and candidate counts; complete datasets retained. No common work limit.
